Tuesday          Beginner Hatha Flow          9:30 am
this class will gently get you moving in a gentle and mindful way
Wednesday          Restorative Yoga          8:30 am and 4:30 pm
this practice is just as the title implies, restorative. if you have difficulty unwinding this class is for you
Thursday          Gentle Yoga          9:30 am
Thursday          Beginner yoga with Meditation          4:30 pm  
mindfull stretching with guided meditation
